This will be an in person event, not zoomed. To enroll for the weekend purchase a Weekend Intensive Pass and reserve in each class you will attend.
Oct 18-20, 2024
10 hours of in-depth Asana classes that include asana from all categories of poses, including inversions with variations, difficult backbends, and balancings. Students should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Iyengar Yoga, and be able to hold independent inversions for at least 5 minutes.
2 hours of Pranayama classes covering seated, supine, and digital pranayamas.
6 hours of master classes covering Iyengar methodology that will focus on developing a better understanding of the Iyengar Yoga method. These classes are also open to any serious students who may be interested in Iyengar Yoga pedagogy.
*The Friday afternoon Master Class will include a discussion reviewing an assigned reading TBA.
